Claims Notice:

- Некоммерческое использование:

3. Что следует учесть, прежде чем приступить к регистрации доменного имени.
Если Ваше доменное имя совпадает с записью о товарном знаке в ICANN Trademark Clearinghouse, владелец товарного знака получит уведомление, как только вы завершите регистрацию доменного имени.
Владелец товарного знака может затем оценить Вашу новую регистрацию и использование доменного имени и рассмотреть, нарушает ли это его товарный знак. Если владелец товарного знака считает, что доменное имя было зарегистрировано и используется недобросовестно, он может попытаться передать доменное имя себе через Единую политику разрешения споров о доменных именах ICANN, или попытаться приостановить действие доменного имени через Службу Быстрой Приостановки (URS) ICANN..
