A Silver Account is a type of Prepayment Account that is available only to Trademark Agents. If you opt for a Silver Account, the minimum deposit will be 5,000 USD. The remainder of the initial deposit will be non-refundable upon termination of your contract.

If you have opted as trademark agent for a Gold Account, in order to update your marketing profile (logo, contact, language of service, country of central office) you need to log in to the marketing website via http://www.trademark-clearinghouse.com/user .

(Be aware that these login credentials may differ from the credentials you use for the secure webportal)

After logging in, please follow these next steps:

-             Select EDIT

-             Submenu ACCOUNT is automatically selected

-             update your mail and password

Scroll down to save and your profile will be updated.

You can get listed on the TMCH website if you have register for a Gold Account or Silver Account. Once  your TMCH Agent account is verified, you will be invited by our marketing department to activate your profile on the site.

Should you have missed this mail or did not follow up on this invitation, please activate your account via: http://www.trademark-clearinghouse.com/trademarkagent/register.

To update your marketing profile (logo, contact, language of service, country of central office) you need to log in to the marketing website via http://www.trademark-clearinghouse.com/user .

After logging in, please follow these next steps:

  • Select EDIT
  • Select AGENT PROFILE
  • Check Company Name, URL, Mail, PhoneChoose continent and country of central office
  • Select languages of service

Scroll down to save and your profile will be updated.

Allow up to two calendar days for your marketing profile to be checked and activated. Please contact support if it takes longer, so we can look into the problem.

It can take two calendar days after you registered as Agent before you receive the welcome mail explaining how to create your marketing profile. You can contact support after two calendar days so we can find out if there was a problem.

We will send you a welcome e-mail with a link where you can create your agent marketing profile. This mail will only be send when your registration process as Trademark Agent registration was 100% complete, meaning your uploaded contract was verified and the prepayment deposit was received in full. You will be able to create a separate Agent marketing profile, allowing you to list company information and upload a logo. You'll also be able to choose if you want this information to be publicly visible or not. In addition, you will get access to exclusive marketing material for Agents only.

Small note: Being listed with your name and company logo on our website is a complimentary personal service we offer, not an obligation with express service. Allow 2 calendar days for the welcome e-mail to be sent and 2 calendar days for your marketing profile to become active, as it could be that there is a queue of Agents waiting that registered before you did.
